Delivery
Wicked Brewing will always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible.
In order to keep postage costs as low as possible, we use a third party delivery scheduling company called Despatch Bay. Despatch Bay will then choose to either use Parcel Force or Hermes Commercial to deliver your order. On rare occasions Wicked Brewing may also choose to use Royal Mail or another courier company.
Due to the many working challenges companies find themselves in, such as Brexit, Covid and driver / staff shortages, small delays may occur.
Wicked Brewing will always aim to reduce these delays as much as possible.
When your order has been placed onto the courier system it will be collected the next working day. You should then receive an email from Despatch Bay with your tracking number.
Our courier operates a “Leave in safe place” policy, so if you are not available to receive your delivery then please nominate a safe location to leave your parcel on the comments/notes section when you checkout and pay for your order. It would be advisable to choose a dry location during wet weather periods.
Wicked Brewing has a company policy to recycle wherever possible, which includes re-using cardboard packaging. We hope our customers appreciate our efforts to help the environment and accept the fact that their orders have arrived in the condition intended but not in a dedicated branded box. This does not detract from our promise to ensure the packaging is suitable to deliver your order.
All orders received will be attempted to be processed within one working day. Bank holidays and weekends do not constitute as a working day.
On average, deliveries in the UK are currently taking 2 to 5 working days to get to you.
Delivery charges for light weight large items , such as buckets and fermenters are subject to higher delivery charges by couriers. This cost has been added to the affected products by increasing their delivery weight to bring them into the 2kg delivery bracket.This also affects products in the lower weights that are too thick to fit large letter sizes set by couriers and have to be placed into the small parcel catagory.
25kg sacks do not qualify for free postage. Communication for payment will be made prior to shipping.

Delivery to Highlands and Islands of Scotland will be subject to further courier charges. These orders will not be posted until communication and additional payment made.
