Ingredients

• 3-Parts Icon Violet Gin
• 1-Part Soda Water
• 1 Egg White
• Ice
• Lavender Sprig
• Lemon Wedge

Directions

• Pour 3-Parts Icon Violet Gin, previously mixed with your neutral distilled spirits and Egg White into a shaker
• Shake until foamy
• Add ice and shake until chilled
• Add 1-Part Soda Water to your preferred pre-chilled drinking vessel
• Strain the cocktail mixture over the Soda Water
• Garnish with a Lavender Sprig and Lemon Wedge
